STUCK ON REPEAT
first ‘official’ tracks off of the HIGHLY ANTICIPATED soon-to-be released discovery and field LPs. both sound soo fresh (i know i use this word a lot but trust me) they might be the exclusive soundtrack to finishing up edits on my thesis.
the field track picks up right were ‘from here we go sublime’ left off with blissfully repetitive minimal tech-loops perfectly layered over a driving beat that could soundtrack a high-speed chase on das autobahn.
as far as the discovery track, transparentblog puts it best:
‘The combination of “Orange Shirt”‘s synth-strong 808 onslaught and weirdly courteous vocals conjures an image of Prince Harry undoing the top button on his blazer and popping a bottle of grey goose with T.I. at a club decked out like a rainforest somewhere in the United Arab Emirates and incase you are wondering, this is strangely a very good thing.’
